Perfect French comfort food in the quiet shadow of a church near the Gare du Nord. Their 30 Euro menu is the best prix-fixe in Paris. Starter of terrine of hare with foie gras and cacao, main of pot au feu of pigeon breast with foie gras, black truffles, with carrots, brussel sprouts and root vegetables, finished off with their famous Kouign Annan, a kind of galette des rois with heaps of caramel and butter.
