Fuck, that looks awesome. How was it? And how does it compare to other roast chickens (L'Ami Louis). I've only been to Allard twice and the highlight each time has been the escargot.
Yeah, it was pretty good - but I also had the escargot, and probably enjoyed them more than the chicken! It's a great place though...and it is the place Brillat-Savarin chose for lunch during the French Revolution
