Quite weird: have you checked the link to http://www.entrecote.fr/ ending the article? It's not the same "Entrecote" chain! The Paris restaurant does not appear on the map!
It's the same family, the original restaurant was in Toulouse. Then the two sisters (who no longer speak together), opened the Relais de Venise in the 17eme and the Relais de L'Entrecote in the 6eme and 8eme...
