Appreciate your comments but it's hard to believe that supposedly one of the best places in the city would have their beans roasted in another country (!), or at least that, this being the case, anyone would anyone make any grand claims about it.
I understand that Paris is not a mecca for coffee, and that it is currently dragging itself out of the dark ages to some extent, but let's not pretend they're there yet!
